Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with unique features like a heart-shaped heated pool and a round bed with starry lights overhead in the Club Lodge Suites. However, the Fairway Suite was not as impressive. The service varied from rude and outdated to friendly and nice, but lacking helpful suggestions. The location, although quiet off the main road, felt somewhat like a retirement home. Dining was enjoyable but occasionally delayed. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel offered a good variety of experiences and amenities.
I stayed at the hotel which had a parking lot view and could use a major upgrade to enhance the experience. We enjoyed playing inside our room until late at night, and we were pleasantly surprised with our Forever Lover Gold Member's 'Quarterly Gift' that we received.
I was a bit disappointed with the room after spending $300, as it didn't match the advertised quality. It felt dated, and there were issues like a broken shower door and a slow-filling jacuzzi. On the positive side, I appreciated the privacy without having to sit with other couples, but I don't think I'll choose Pocono Palace again over other options like Holiday Inn.
